Returns and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your order in anyway you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded. You must have an RMA number to return any merchandise. We are constantly receiving shipments and want to put priority on your return. If you do not have an RMA number written clearly on the outside packaging of the box the shipment will be rejected by the staff.

Purchased product(s) must be brand new, unworn and to be able to be sold as new to be accepted for return and full refund. If the item has been worn or washed no refund will be issued and you must pay for return shipping if you'd like to keep the items. 

We do not reimburse shipping costs to return an item.

No returns/refunds/exchanges on most closeout items or any custom orders. Read the product description on closeout items for specific return information about that item.

Returns after 30 days
We realize that not all defects or circumstances allow you to initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase, therefore, after 30 days of your purchase if you still wish to return an item you may do so only for store credit.

Damaged Goods
On rare occasions your order may show up damaged. If your order looks damaged when you receive it and you are present at the time of delivery please ask the carrier to wait while you inspect the goods inside. If all is fine, then you simply have a damaged box. But if your items are damaged please refuse shipment and send the order back to us with the carrier. This is the only instance when you will not need an RMA written on the outside of your box for the shipment to be accepted. Please contact us with order number so we know to expect the shipment and a replacement order out to you right away.

If you are not present at the time of delivery and come home to a smashed box that may look damaged please take pictures of the box before opening the package, then inspect the goods, if the goods are damaged please contact one of our customer service reps for an RMA. We will send out a replacement order as soon as the damaged goods have arrived at our warehouse and file a claim with the appropriate carrier. You are not responsible for return shipping in this instance.
